John Barrowman (born on 11 March. 1967, Glasgow, Scotland, UK) is an Scottish actor best known for his role of Captain Jack Harkness in British long running series "Doctor Who" and its spin-off "Torchwood". He was the host of the several entertainment shows, such as "Live & Kicking", "I'd Do Anything" and Any "Dream Will Do".
He is openly gay.
