Steve Speirs was born on 22 Feb 1965, in Wales, Troedyrhiw. He is a Welsh film and television actor best known for his roles in "The Musketeer", "City of Vice", "No Heroics", "Doctor Who", and recently as Loquasto in Comedy Centrals television series "Kröd Mändoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire".
