Heath Andrew Ledger (Apr 04, 1979 Perth, Australia - Jan 22, 2008 New York) was an American actor best known for his roles in movies "A Knight's Tale" , "Monster's Ball", and "Brokeback Mountain", witch gave him a Oscar nomination for best supporting role.
In 2008 Ledger played the role of Joker in the "Dark Knight", and on Jan 22 he died of accidental overdose of prescription drugs. By that point he has filmed half of his work for the movie "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus".
It is expected that American Academy will be nominate him for his unique performance in "Dark Knight".
