Thomas William Selleck (born on 29. January 1945, Detroit, Michigan, USA) is an American actor best known for his role of Thomas Sullivan Magnum in the popular 80s TV show "Magnum P.I.". He also starred in "Friends", "3 Men and a Little Lady", "Open Season", "The Closer", and "Last Stand at Sabre River". For his role in Magnum he recieved one Emmy and one Golden Globe award.
He was married to Jacqueline Ray (1972 - 1980), and is currently married to Jillie Mack (1987 - present).
